Враћање Његошеве капеле на врх Ловћена и поново испуњење његовог завета обавеза је свих Срба, сматрају учесници трибине одржане у Манастиру Сланци Драган Елчић, Ранко Гојковић и Жељко Чурови.

Елчић је говорио о српским заветима од Светог Саве, преко Светог кнеза Лазара до Петра Петровића Његоша. Он даје своје тумачење Горског вјенца додајући да људи превиђају да је порука и тог Његошевог дела “царство небеско”.

Елчић сматра да српски народ носи на себи проклетсрво све док не испуни Његошев завет и не обнови капелу на Ловћену.
